Pulseman was ripped from a game only released in Japan . He was a
character with electric powers and was technically weakened by water.
If you think about it, it kind of reminds you of a bit like Megaman.
For one thing, he can teleport similar to Megaman's teleporting and
can fire spark balls similar to Megaman's mega buster shots.
